1. Rates. Maximum hourly rates: partner EUR 395, associate EUR 245, paralegal EUR 115.
2. Time increments. Time is billed in increments of 0.1 hour.
3. Block billing. Entries combining several tasks in one time entry are not accepted.
4. Staffing. No more than one partner and one associate may attend any meeting or hearing without prior approval.
5. Administrative work. Clerical tasks (copying, filing, scheduling) are not billable.
6. Travel. Travel time is billable at 50 percent.
7. Research. Research over 5 hours on one issue needs prior approval.
